Deviations vs. Deficiencies (upcoming June 11, 2024)

SWOG plans to offer CEU credit for participation in the June 11, 2024 webinar (11:00 am - 12:00 pm Central Time).

To receive 1 CEU contact hour via webinar attendance, participants must:

• Login with CTEP credentials and “Enroll” to the SWOG ExpertusOne Course via the following link: QA webinar-Deviations vs. Deficiencies prior to the start of the webinar.
  We recommend enrolling by June 10, 2024. 
  • ALL participants (including those who attended a prior QA webinar) must enroll.
  • After enrolling, participants will receive a system-generated calendar invite with a link to the course.
• On 6/11/24: Individually log into the webinar with your CTEP credentials via the join link in the SWOG ExpertusOne Course.
  • VA participants will receive a VA-specific back-up link to join from training@swog.org.
• Attend the entire educational activity and then (after the webinar), complete all required questions on the post-activity evaluation, which will include an attestation of attendance. The link to the evaluation will be provided during the webinar (for completion at the conclusion of the session).

Participants will receive a system-generated email with a link to the CEU certificate within ~1 week after completing the evaluation.

The June 2024 QA webinar recording will be accessible via the ExpertusOne LMS (link to be posted here) within ~1 week after the webinar.

Best Practices for Informed Consent (March 15, 2024)

SWOG offered CEU credit for participation in the March 15, 2024 webinar. To receive 1 CEU contact hour via webinar attendance, participants must have attended at least 50 minutes of the live webinar and must have completed the post-course evaluation (via Survey Monkey). Participants who completed the post-course evaluation by EOD Friday 3/22/2024, will receive a system-generated email with a link to the CEU certificate by the end of the same week. Participants who completed the post-course evaluation after 3/22/2024 will receive a system-generated email with a link to the CEU certificate by April 30, 2024 (certificates are batch issued).

For staff who were unable to attend the webinar in real-time, CEU credit is available via the enduring course link below. To receive CEU credit, after review of the video, participants must complete the online survey by clicking on the "Take survey" icon under the course title.
