Eligibility Criteria Expand/Collapse

Pts must be enrolled on a Southwest Oncology Group coordinated GI treatment protocol. If pt is found inelig for the specific trx protocol, they will also be inelig for this protocol. Pts must have adequate tissue available for this study, defined as: at least one (1) formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded block from a representative area of the primary tumor; one (1) formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded block from normal gastrointestinal mucosa or from a normal lymph node; one (1) formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded whole lymph node if metastases are present.Pts must be enrolled on a Southwest Oncology Group coordinated GI treatment protocol.
