The Front Line
The Magic of Machu Picchu

I’m actually finishing this Front Line post on a plane. I was just in Peru, attending and speaking at the clinical trials training course put on by SWOG and CRAB for a highly interested group of 50 cancer physicians, scientists, and research staff at the Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplasicas in Lima.
I did (just this once!) take a bit of extra time to hike the Inka Trail and climb Wayna Picchu, all preparatory for our next Seven Summits fundraiser, of course. Enjoy these waning days of summer - and see you back here next week. To state the obvious, we are really taking cancer research to new heights! Together.
