Welcome to the Winter 2024 issue of the SWOG Latin America Initiative Newsletter!

Our newsletter will help keep you informed of SLAI accomplishments and of opportunities to activate trials in our member sites in Mexico, Peru, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, and Brazil.

This issue highlights SLAI's annual research course, held most recently in Bogota, Colombia; updates us on SWOG studies now active (or soon to be) at sites in Latin America; offers the fourth and final chapter in Dr. John Crowley's story of the evolution of SLAI; and spotlights SWOG member site INEN, the lead oncological institution in Peru.
