The Southwest Oncology Group offers companies and organizations the opportunity to exhibit their products and services during its semiannual Group Meetings. The Spring 2010 Group Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Franciso, California from Wednesday, April 14, to Saturday, April 17, 2010. Exhibit days and hours are as follows:
Thursday, April 15, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday, April 16, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:45 pm to 4:00 pm
The Group Chair's Plenary Session will be held on Friday, April 16, 2010 from 12:15 pm - 2:45 pm. During this time, all exhibits must be closed. Dr. Baker invites all exhibitors to attend the Plenary Session.
The location of exhibits will be determined based on the level of support. For additional information please review the Exhibitor Prospectus.
