The Southwest Oncology Group offers companies and organizations the opportunity to exhibit their products and services during its semiannual Group Meetings. The Spring 2009 Group Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Franciso, California from Wednesday, April 22, to Saturday, April 25, 2009. Exhibit days and hours are as follows:
Thursday, April 23, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday, April 24, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:45 pm to 4:00 pm
The Group Chair's Plenary Session will be held on Friday, April 24, 2009 from 12:15 pm - 2:45 pm. During this time, all exhibits must be closed. Dr. Baker invites all exhibitors to attend the Plenary Session.
The location of exhibits will be determined based on the level of support. For additional information please review the Exhibitor Prospectus. If your company would like to participate, please complete and submit the form below as soon as possible. All exhibitor applications must be approved prior to acceptance.
